Sitting atop Cat Mountain, this home built in the early 2000’s failed to take advantage of the brethtaking view of the 360 Bridge & Austin Country Club, home of the Dell Match Play.  We removed a fireplace and enclosed the second floor balcony using Western storefront floor to ceiling windows to take in the expansive view. The kitchen was relocated and the laundry reworked to complete the full interior remodel.
